Teens today are faced with so many factors that I did not have to deal with and it is difficult to provide guidance in those situations. There is a great deal of discussion about anxiety over a variety of topics from acceptance to social media and all the issue between. The tone of the book is encouraging and was an easy listen. I work with young people on a regular basis so got this book to better connect with them on this issue.
