Educating Callie is a favourite book of mine and when I found out it was coming to audio I was overjoyed. I was worried about Emma Jayne Mills finding the right voice for the book and it’s English setting. Well she couldn’t have made a more perfect match. Fiona Weaver was exactly what this book needed and she does an amazing job as the voice of Callie and all her rambling. When it came to the teacher I had chills at how she read him, the tone and timings in her portrayal of him was spot on.
The further along you get into this audio the more engrossed I became I found myself in Frost Ford.
The story has many twists and turns keeping you guessing who is Callie’s tormentor. The dark and disturbing happenings of Frost Ford will keep you listening and thoroughly entertained. I will definitely be giving this another listen.

Unrealistic, couldn’t wait for it to end, it’s not usual but I actually wanted the lead character to die just so it would end. Lots of reading out text messages BORING you’ll probably love it
