Joy has quickly become one of my all time favourite authors since I first discovered her books a couple of years ago. This is another tale for Nikki Galena and her team that had me hooked and desperate to get to the end to find out ‘who dunnit’. My only slight criticism was for the authors Welsh accent that sounded suspiciously more Scottish than Welsh. Keep them coming please Joy!

Really enjoyed this series, excellent characterisation, and I always look forward to the up's and down's of the lives of the coppers keeping Greenborough safe. Please let there be another one soon.

Gripping story with lots of twists and turns.

I have been waiting for this book for so long ! Joy Ellis does it again with another fantastic book in this detective series. I love the characters and their relationships with each other which provides a sense of warmth set against the darkness of the murders to be solved.

Another fantastic read !
