But wow this book really works - made me feel refreshed even with a little bit of doubt in my mind! This book explains the science behind EMDR really well and gave me confidence to decide to overcome my past traumas using this approach. I’ve experienced some traumatic events in the past but facing them without proper guidance seemed too stressful and scary. Now that I have listened to this book, I feel that I have much more control over myself. This book helped me become a new version of myself. Highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a scientific and safe way to heal the past!
