An excellent resource for anyone learning Dutch basics. The accompanying descriptions in the audiobook are helpful to add context to the myths.

Straight forward

I learned loads from listening to this and it was very pleasant to be able to listen through the audio. So it was well worth the cost. The downside was that the myths aren’t very good. I guess that doesn’t exactly matter - but this aspect was disappointing.

Very good audible, interesting. Also there are references that assist with understanding new words. There are a lot of new words.

By the time you try to piece together some sentences she's changed subjects entirely like hot damn slow down. If sonic was learning a language at beginner level, this would still be annoyingly quick. Not a beginner tool at this speed.

the same garbage you find in all other language "teaching" books. they throw words at you without spelling, grammar without enough details or exercises and everything way to fast without taking into account that audio books are used when doing something else so it would be useful to involve repetition and clear short ideas .
