Excellent. Lots of student examples and practical guidance through the dream realm. Lots of excellent advanced information for those familiar with the shamanic journey as well as practical guidance for those new to the practice (for those completely new to Shamanic Journeying, I would recommend Sangra Ingerman's book on the subject to familiarise yourself)

I have this on audible and have listened to it four times already! Robert Moss has one of those voices I could listen to all day. The content is excellent for those wanting a deeper understanding of dreams, shamanic dream journey, enabling healing, insight inspiration and control within our own magical journey through this life.
