Summary

Raphael and the Hell Drakes have their sights upon the Wind Bastion and Vukaste the Ogre Lord.

Their mission is to cleanse the remains of Shiomi the Defiant and allow her draconic soul to rest.

But Vukaste is not the only enemy who seeks to do Raphael and his friends harm. Someone in the Chimeric Empire is working alongside the ogres, and their dark quest is one that could mean not only the end of Lucario, but the entire world.
