What a wonderful angst free, entertaining second chance romance. Mason Braxter, big time NFL player forced to retire after only 2 years in the league due to injury, returns home to win back the heart of his one true love, Presley Drake. Things have changed in Presley’s life however. She has a wonderful addition, 2 year old Archie (who pretty much stole the show), and his baby daddy. A fun, angst free, good old fashioned romance. Presley and Drake were made for each other. I loved their open honesty, the way they spoke their true feelings, no games, and no drama. I listened to the audio version of this story and I highly recommend it if you’re after a feel good read. Thanks to Vanessa Edwin and Joe Arden for making it so enjoyable. A match made in heaven.
