I was greatly looking forward to reading the prequel to the Merciless series but I was sadly disappointed from what what I received. I found the story to be so boring, which is extremely unusual for a Willow Winter’s book. The narrators voices seem to drone on leaving the characters soulless.
I’m hoping this won’t continue on into the following books:
This love hurts
But I need you
And I love you the most
What I would do for you
Merciless standalone spin offs

I really enjoyed this audiobook the narrators were perfect and played the characters really well , I cant wait to read/listen to more from them and the author

It feels like every time I review a book written by Willow Winters I say this was her best book to date. Then I read/listen to another book and I say the exact same thing. I absolutely love the MERCILLES world and the characters in it. Marcus was introduced throughout this world only in glimpses. I hated him but now I kind of love him or at least I need more of him to make my decision. This was only a prequel so I only met him briefly but can't wait to find out more. Teddy Hamilton was great as Marcus. Desiree Ketchum was a new narrator to me so I was unsure what to expect from her but I have to say she did a great job at narrating Delilah.
