loved this book from start to finish. I set out thinking that this will be yet another book from some jumped up young girl wanted to make a buck or two. whilst I am sure that they money is a bonus, I really felt that this book came from the heart, from a place of wanting to help women. I have already shared this book with some friends and have started to put together my action plan and think about my 'why'. Thank you. definitely a must read in my humble opinion.

I bought the audiobook and the book as well. Krissy is inspiring, motivating and touched the bottom of my hearth. Every chapter is well structured and listening to her voice is truly inspiring. I already am in the fitness journey, but it helped me believe more in myself. I loved this book and I'm going to read it again. I hope a large number of women are going to read it. Thank you Krissy.

I have finished this over 2 days I enjoyed the tips given and will surely use them. Recently i have come to realise that your mindset does change things and this book has helped to allow me to understand fitness as less of a chore and more of a way to take care of myself. This goes hand in hand with whatever keeps you mindful and present for example meditation. Krissy has made it clear that forming healthy habits and discipline is what makes the difference rather than just short lived motivation and will power. When you practice being present and mindful everything else seems to fall into place including forming good habits and being the best version of yourself for yourself.
