I highly recommend this audio book

I'm already noticing improvements in my day to day memory solely as a function of practicing the day to day techniques. I wish I would have picked this book up sooner!

Definitely worth the listen

I have just finished the book. Just the technique for remembering names alone makes the book worth reading. In the process of reading the book,I attended a wedding abroad. I was able to remember almost every single name of the person I met on the trip and at the wedding

Exactly what I needed

Some of the memory tips are very helpful. Compartmentalizing was something I had done when studying for a job I had years ago. But, now seeng it here confirmed what I had done was correct. And added more ideas to the system I already used.

This audio book is really awesome!

If you follow what he says you really will improve your memory and you'll have fun doing it. I'm thankful I came across the book and I've read a few other memory books but this is the best I've read so far. If you want to improve your memory skills quickly and effectively then by all means purchase

A good starting point.

Thus is the best book so far, I've read on memory. I even used the methods from this book to help my 7 years old daughter with her multiplication.

Excellent presentation.

I think this book really can have a tremendously positive effect on life, if one is disciplined enough to learn and practice its methods. Now I am going to re-listen it and summarize it

Very helpful and reasonable.

I am listening through it again with my highlighter in hand. I listen one of the many memory techniques explained in this book and to my amazement 2 weeks later and I still remember everything.

This is a very useful and informative book.

The techniques are a little bizarre, pretty fun, way simple, and will boost the snot out of your confidence. You won't want to stop at just improving your memory. You'll want to do something with your improved memory to change your life.

Best one

I bought it, I decided it was worth the purchase. A few days later, after listening to the book, I am ready to call this one of the best and certainly most useful non-fiction books I have ever hear, and I am a very avid listener.

Easy to follow

I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for proven and easy to learn techniques to open the pandoras box of their memory! The information was well put and easy to digest! The way the information flows actually helps you somewhat memorize the key points after the first listen.

A good starting point.

I have a tough time studying. I’m a A student, however I have ADHD. This book was absolutely great for simple memorizing tips. Which seem elementary, until you realize how important it is to remember lists in different parts of your life.

Excellent Advice.

I began listening this book to prepare to study for a major certification exam. So, in a way it ended up being one of the most productive procrastination techniques I’ve employed. I was able to apply several of the methods described in the book in some capacity and passed the exam handily.

Favorite book

The book really shows you how to use simple techniques to memorize more effectively and they definitely work! I actually started reading the book again before the second semester of the nursing program begins and I've been practicing the other techniques that I initially ignored and it's helped me toooooons especially when there's so much to memorize.

Concise and direct to the poin

It has more useful techniques than I was expecting. It was also straightforward and to the point. It wasn't brilliant or groundbreaking but definitely useful and pragmatic. I recommend it for those that will be "test taking" in the near future and could use some new memory improvement methods.
