Guilt and shame around sex is a real thing, many of have been conditioned to feel bad and wrong for even thinking about it, which has lead to a lot of problems in their personal and romantic lives. Now, I can see why many religions have stigmatized the act, I mean you can\t have a functioning society with people fornicating at will and with each other's partners. Not to mention contraception is a fairly recent invention, so our population would have grown a lot more with that attitude. Though I feel it has gone too far, so if you are experiencing these things, this guide can help. It can help you overcome the guilt and shame around this natural human process.
