Summary

He'll do anything to have her.

Eve Miller is out of options. Between rent, and her sister's medical debts, she's drowning. She needs money, now, and she has only one card left to play. Her virginity.

Ian Hunt has specific tastes. The feisty student is perfect. He has to have her. His offer is simple. Six figures. Thirty days. Him introducing her to every kind of pleasure.

It's ridiculous. The British businessman is richer than sin and hotter than hell. He can have any woman he wants. Why her? And why is she desperate to fulfill his every desire? There's something about his dark eyes, his deep voice, his firm touch…her body knows something she doesn't. It responds for her.

Yes. One month as his. Then they part. But what happens when he decides he hasn't had enough?

Slow start, but picks up about halfway in

The story starts slow but picks up about halfway in and by that point, it's just hard to stop listening. The storyline is interesting, the characters are relatable and their dialogue is amazing, and the narrators' performance is outstanding! Slow start aside, this is one good book.

Dirty Desires is a slow-burn, age-gap (OMYW) contemporary billionaire romance written in dual first-person POV and recorded in dual narration. It's a standalone that ends with a HEA. No cliffhanger, no cheating.

I received this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.

Narrator

it's a nice plot not especial, only botheres me are the narrator how they narrate a guy narrating ams changing his voice to a woman when the woman narrator can say those parts. and for the woman narrator goes same we way around as well
they could just narrate in a normal voices and narrate in their own character onstead of changing their voices into a woman or a man.

HOT & EMOTIONAL LOVE STORY

I recieved this book for Free to Give My True & Honest Review in the ebook format & as I was late in reading it I brought it in Audio.

And what a big deep emotional story by both bar tender Eve, who started to write a Diary not realising that people were able to read it online & that it wasn't a secure private site..
And its where British - Afican Billionaire Ian whom we met in Dirty Husband as Shep's best friend.
And as soon as Ian sees that someone wants to buy Eve's virginity he becomes slightly obbsevive with wanting to be the one man to take it, especially after he tracks her down.
Things don't go so smoothly all the way through especially when it was close to the end of their contacted month together & Eve starts reading his comments in the sides of The Handmaids Tale & feels betrayed that she can't stay or know if she'd be able to forgive & trust him again.....

I did enjoy the audio though I did think that Shane East was not right to be the narrator as he didn't sound much a Londond'er or that he was of Afican decent 🙄 (sorry)

Definitely worth a listen!

I was gifted an audible code for an honest review.

This is my first book/ audiobook by this author and it did not disappoint. It follows the journey of 18 year old Eve and 36 year old Ian who peruses her and offers her a deal she cannot refuse. The story is well written and the narrators definitely bring it to life with their performances. I personally prefer duet performances in audio but Shane East and Vanessa Edwin are great at portraying both the male and female roles in the book. I look forward to reading/ listening to more books by the author and narrators.

Fantastic!

Each book in this series just proves the talent of Crystal Kaswell. She can create characters that are flawed, easy to relate to, and make us fall in love with them! Dirty Desires is a little bit of an age difference taboo listen and it's completely delicious! At18, Eve has much more responsibility than she should have at her age. To cope, she keeps an online blog. When Ian reads her entries, he is entranced, and obsessed with what she is about to do. So what does he do? He seeks her out, offers her a better deal and the two are put together for 30 days. This is where the story gets good. Can you be with someone for 30 days and just walk away when it's over? I loved the flow of this book. It has real heart and I found myself relating to both Ian and Eve. Eve is ferocious, and I love that about her. She is bound and determined to make it, and Ian just may be her ticket. Ian is that broody man that carries his hurt with him. Protecting his heart is all he thinks he can do to stay safe. So what will happen when feelings develop? Kaswell is a master at writing, and every book is so captivating. I loved her way of grabbing us and investing our hearts in the outcome. This was a fantastic listen!

Eve is young and the choice of Vanessa Edwin to voice her is genius. Edwin has a voice that can play any age, but she nails Eve. Each emotion, from the cocky girl we first meet to the vulnerable blog writer, she gives it all to us. Add in the duet narration with Shane East as Ian, and the book is magic. He brings in air of class with Ian, with the broodiness. The two are incredible together and made the listen!

Steamy age gap/billionaire standalone story

This is the first book I've listened to/read in the Dirty Rich series and you don't need to have read the others to enjoy this one. I would generally have had an issue with a relationship between a 36 year old/18 year old, but Crystal Kaswell did a good job of portraying the 18 year old as being more mature than her years and she didn't rush into the HEA. I did feel like the contract portion of the story was unnecessary and that the relationship/story would have had enough conflict from the other sources (age, money, stereotypes, the diary).

The narration was fabulous. I always appreciate when there are male and female narrators for the different points of view. It's the first time I've listened to either Vanessa Edwin or Shane East, and I thought their voices worked well together.

I'm interested in listening to/reading more books by Crystal Kaswell, especially after listening to her author's note at the end of this book.

One Steamy Read!

*Received a code in return for honest review*

Excellent narrations as always from my favourite British narrator Shane East and Vanessa Edwin, who is a new female narrator to me. She did an amazing job, impressive male voice and accent. Although this is the fourth book in the series you can read this as a standalone. Interesting main characters and storyline but towards the end I felt that there was not a lot of grovelling from the hero, hey that just my preference I love a one big grand gestures. Another thing is the big age gap which I question their compatibility in the long run, I'm halfway sold. I am not also a big fan of billionaires book you have to sell it hard for me to read and enjoy it. This is one steamy read but it did not give me the full kilig factor I am looking for after I listened to it. It is still an enjoyable listen and given it a 5 stars for it's performance.

Older guy, younger lady

I enjoyed this book. It was long but it kept my attention. HEA. His and her epilogues. I enjoyed the characters, they are intelligent so there is a lot of thinking/analyzing in this book. The narration is great. I recommend this book. This is book 4 in the series. I hope they have 1-3 on audio as well.

When URL Goes IRL

This is such a fun listen. It’s angsty, sultry goodness. The characters are flawed but lovable and most importantly relatable. It’s easy to see a part of yourself in Eve. She is just a slightly cooler more self-assured version of who I wanted to be at 18. And Ian sexy as he is rich, scarred Ian. He’s just delicious.

This is a slow burn but you get so many sexy moments leading to the climax it’s worth every second of anticipation. It’s the fourth book in a series but reads as a stand-alone so don’t be intimidated.

The narration is sublime. Shane East’s accent can set any headset ablaze. Vanessa Edwin just is Eve. The pair work so well together.

Dye the tips of your hair your fantasy shade, pull your combat boots 🥾 out of the back of your closet, pour a gin and tonic and enjoy the sexy ride!

Dirty and very Desirable!

I love all of Crystal’s books and she gets me hooked on page one! Dirty Desires is probably my favorite book of the Dirty Rich series. Ian Hunt and Eve Miller’s relationship is a slow hot burn- starting with Ian stumbling upon Eve from her online journal site. I loved how raw and honest Eve was in her online journal and it reminded me of when I used to write in one. Eve may only be 18 years old, but she grew up young- struggling to make ends meet for her and her sister and putting her love life on the back burner. Ian is a middle-aged (36) British millionaire with a dirty demanding tone that makes you want to drop your panties and do whatever he says. His heart got broken years ago so he locked up his heart, threw away the key, and prevents himself from any sort of “real” relationship with women. Eve and Ian both peel each other’s layers proving to each other they are worthy of love, desires, and a brighter future. The narrators of this audiobook were perfect and it made this book so much better! I love Shane’s accent and it made all of Ian’s words so much hotter!! This book was so good and I’m already wanting more of Ian and Eve. I mean the extended scene has me super excited to read what happens in Ty’s book!

Ugh

I always read the reviews before getting a book and even often times listen to the sample. I did both for this book, but what.a.waste.of.time!! 60 chapters of same crap and no real feelings. I wouldn’t waste any time on this book. ONLY good part was the people narrating.

Use Credit, Don't buy

Narrator performance was great, but story is too predictable. Characters are too much in their head. Story has no substance.

Ian and Eve

An online Diary introduces Ian to Eve, and he had to have her. A deal, 30 days, then they are done. Her virginity, 30 days, money for school. Eve and her teal hair and combat boots decided all that and Ian too was a good deal. Until she fell. For the Billionaire. The British Billionaire. The narration was oh so sweet from Shane East and Vanessa Edwin, they are such a great pair!

Potential to be better

In my opinion, there wasn’t enough of a story line in this book. It seemed it was just repetitive sex thoughts or sex actions. Sex is fine, as long as there is a story to go along with it. It wasn’t till around chapter 40 that a hint of a story emerged. This is the first book by Crystal Kaswell, that I have listened to, that I haven’t really enjoyed.
Shane East’s narration is amazing! He nailed it. Wish there was more of his voice in this story. 🥵 😏

Move over Christian Grey...

Move over Christian Grey...helloooo Ian Hunt!! *fans self*
British businessman, Ian Hunt, is intrigued by the online journal of a woman. He searches for and discovers her identity when she posts that someone has offered to pay her to take her virginity. Ian has no intention of allowing that to happen...after all, he wants that chance. Eve is barely making ends meet and is buried under a mountain of her twin sister’s medical bills. She is seriously considering taking up a doctor on his proposal to take her virginity in exchange for money. Then she meets Ian Hunt...he proposes a 30-day companion agreement in exchange for the sought after virginity. As time goes by, we wonder if either party can walk away at the end. Definitely recommend a read/listen if you love the OMYW trope.

Very enjoyable read

I enjoyed this book and recommend it. It is a well written story. The character development is excellent. Great narration by Shane East. Vanessa does a good job as the heroine, my only complaint about the whole book is her male voice. She loses her British accent sometimes and sounds too breathy other instances. I wish they had done a duet narration and then, it would have been perfect. I will definitely pick up Crystal’s other books.

Enticing and Steamy Romance!

I loved this enticingly sensual romance. Eve and Ian are so different, in social standing and in age. Ian Hunt is a sexy British tech billionaire and Eve is an 18 yr old entering college, and is drowning in debt while taking care of her sister. She has a blog that she writes her secrets thoughts, and desires that Ian discovers. She is so different from his usual type, but he is drawn to the woman whose words speak to him and he needs to have her. When he finds out she's a virgin, he can't bear to let her give it to anyone else. He offers her a large sum of money for her to spend a month with him and give all her firsts to him. To help her sister and get out from their medical bills, she finally agrees. Ian introduces her to a sensual world of pleasure she never knew existed. They both find a level of intimacy, and desire that extends outside of the bedroom. But no matter how they begin to yearn for more, the expiration date on their passionate affair is fast approaching. They have different lives on different continents but it is the secrets that could really keep them apart for good. I became invested in both Eve and Ian right from the start, thanks in part to the flawless narration by Vanessa Edwin, and Shane East. They skillfully made these characters so clear to me, making me care for them quickly. Their inflections were breathtaking, and their chemistry was palpable as they made me laugh, cry, and swoon. I was completely lost in their storytelling, and I loved every minute of it!
