This is a really great book if you're thinking about, or working on, a digital business transformation. It's very informative and lots of the ideas really resonated. However, the book is of limited value without the diagrams; 'a picture is worth a thousand words'. As the concepts are illustrated throughout the book, I was dismayed when there was no download of the figures to accompany the audio. As a listener, I was left with a sense of only having half of the story, hence a few stars. I'm just about to go to amazon and begrudgingly buy the book, as I want to feel as prepared as possible when starting our transformation planning with Accenture

Great book, shame about the diagrams
