Summary
Kriemhild weint um Siegfrieds Tod. Der grimmige Hagen und ihr Bruder Gunther haben Siegfried ermordet. Erst nach langer Zeit gelingt es ihrem jüngsten Bruder Giselher, Kriemhild wieder zu versöhnen. Als sie jedoch aus dem reichen Schatz der Nibelungen viel Gold unter dem Volk verteilt, fürchtet Hagen, sie könnte zu viel Einfluss gewinnen. Er raubt den Schatz und versenkt ihn irgendwo im Rhein. Als spätere Hunnen-Königin rächt sich Kriemhild bitter an den Nibelungen.
