I would highly recommend this book to all who have gone through traumatic experiences which hold them stuck in a cycle feeling mentally defeated.

Nick shares his testimony with a realness which connects with true authenticity. It breaks down in simplicity the mindsets and real life experiences which tormented him and held his mind bound while giving his step by step process of victory.
