Listened to this in bits whilst unwell with long covid. When a lot of my recovery is based on listening to secular meditation/mindfulness and relaxation. To listen to this is refreshing and goes deep to my soul, encouraging to lift my eyes to God in darkness. Encouraging to be reminded of Gods truth and meditate on his words. Looking forward to listening again when I’m able and to take notes. Found that with Linda’s writing style and Rachel’s narration you can soak in Gods truth even when you can’t take much in . Thank you
