When the lock down happened, and everything stopped, I set a goal of organizing and cleaning out our attic to rid it of useless junk. Whelp here I am almost 3 years later, and I had yet to do it. After listening to this book, I went straight up and worked on that project; the amount of mental anguish this chore had provided me with over the last 3 years was exhausting. I can't tell you how freeing it was to tackle this project and declutter not only my attic but my mind as well.

The much needed boost to get my house in order

Like most people, I've been procrastinating cleaning my house. It's perpetually in my "to-do" pile. After listening to this book, I'm now on top of it. The author lays out a simple 5-step method to make it not such an overwhelming task, which is very much appreciated. The health hazards section was shocking. Now I equate it with my personal well-being and not just psychologically. Thank you!

Decluttering can change your life!

The 5 step method explained in this book is great. I've been decluttering on and off for years now, from massive declutters to occassional keep it ups, so I'm always looking for new and more efficient methods, as let's face it, decluttering can be super daunting. However, it absolutely has the potential to change your life as it often leads to a more streamlined and more minimalist lifestyle overall. I would definitely recommend this book.

New way to declutter

This book is really helpful and useful. It helps the procrastinators ( like me) to get started with the new methodes and simple steps to follow and even invest in organizers and containers to give the house a nice new look. The Author discuss the most important thing that we always forget which is "hazard" that not just from physical stuff but also the psycological stuff. Great book, full of tools and advices. Highly recomended.
