Summary

Here is how you can program your mind for success!

Have you ever felt that you have so much going on in your life that, in reality, you don’t even have enough time and energy to keep up with all those things?

Yes, I am talking about those moments when you feel confused and anxious, and none of your ideas are moving forward the way they should, even if you truly believe that you do your best. Do you know why?

Well, it is simple. I will give you a perfect example, and you’ll understand what I am talking about.

Imagine your home, your living room, and in the center of your living room, you put all the materials you have from all the rooms in the house.

Now, you have to do your best and find a place for every single thing inside the living room, and you can not put them in any other room. How would you do that? How would it look like?

That is exactly how your mind operates when you give it all kinds of different tasks and materials.

Not only it is difficult to mentally handle all of them, but space you have is also very limited - that’s your time and energy!

And inside this book, I will walk you through the exact proven methods on how you could completely reprogram your mind and pack your life only with the things you need and how to train your mind to work for you rather than pull you down.

Take a look at just a few things you’ll discover inside:

  • Your daily schedule - how to declutter your day and focus on important tasks
  • How to figure out what you need and what you don’t need in life (highly effective)
  • How can you use technology to keep your life simpler and more efficient?
  • The key to good performance - learn how to edit your home and workspace for maximum results
  • How to stay away from distractions and focus on your goals
  • Declutter your relationships - how to surround yourself with positive and motivated people
  • Much, much more

And keep in mind that at first it may be difficult for you to make those strong decisions and go against your old habits, but the possible results are definitely worth it!

So don’t wait, scroll up, click on “Buy Now”, and get one big step closer to the life and success of your dreams!

An audio book worth buying and sharing

I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. I've taken valuable lessons from it and will be recommending this to my family, friends and work colleagues. This will be a book which I'll re-play, no doubt.

That's the whole clue.

The book won't tell you what to do with your emotions or feeling of anger because the whole point is thoughts create feelings, so change your thoughts and your feelings will also change by default.

Give it a try and see for yourself.😊

I liked this book because the authors mad the material simple and laid out the ground work for you to follow. Instead forcing their reasons down your throat you are given simple and followable exercises. Ultimately the process is left to you to choose happiness and peace over mental clutter and worry.

Practical, Inspiring, To-The-Point.

I've been looking for a solid audiobook for mental clarity since COVID began, and Declutter Your Mind is the best I've found so far. I feel like I've always struggled with mental organization, and staying clear headed, and with COVID everything doubled. When I found this book on audible it felt like it was at the perfect time.

This book lays functional and easy to apply methods for developing clarity of mind not only for personal peace, but for achieving your personal goals. Each chapter breaks down its methods for approach, reasoning, and strategy for applying. The narrator is easy to follow/listen to, and the length is perfect for air or car travel.

If you are looking for a solid book to help organize your mind, time, and life for success definitely check this out!

One who conquers their mind conquers everything!

In a culture that puts so much emphasis on productivity and multitasking, it is so hard to find a time to stop and give our mind a rest. We are overstimulated and bombarded with information all the time and it is hampering us from stopping and reflecting on our own life. I like that this book talks about the importance of being intentional about mental decluttering. There are many aspects that go into this. We can start with a digital detox, decluttering our space, and being more selective of what information we choose to receive. The book covers all of these and much more! Excellent book for anyone who wants to take their mental game to the next level and achieve success in life while being more in tune with ourselves.

Inspiring and relatable

I decided a few months ago that I wanted to try the minimalist way. It has been really difficult to know where or even how to start, for me. I have purchased a few books and done some research online, but still, the topic has seemed pretty confusing. Until now! Listening to this book has literally changed my life. I understand that minimalism is a process, but once you get the right mindset, it is really easy. Highly recommend if you want a comprehensive and hands on guide!

Title Misleading: This is Pop culture garbage!

While the book offers options on decluttering time, digital storage, mementos etc... there isn’t any substantive information on decluttering your mind. The title is flat out misleading. The kindle version is accredited to John Mumbi and all the references are links to URLs. Not a single accredited expert, journal or study is referenced. Furthermore, the authors personal history is unbelievable and in conflict with other “John Ward” authored books.
This author is taking advantage of and damaging people who are looking for help, offering up regurgitated pop culture, without any tangible knowledge or accredited expertise.
All that said, I cannot be party to such deception and I will be withdrawing this and my previous reviews linked to your audiobooks. Shame on you for wasting my time and exploiting my trust.
ALWAYS Consider the source! this is a deceptive source.

Useful Tips

I started listening to this book in search for a recipe to be successful. Rather, it gave me guidelines to create my own declutter strategy that fits me and my personal needs. Would recommend to anyone who is committed to improving themselves.

Quick easy listen, a few great take aways

I'd say 2.5 stars. I didn't love it, but I did walk away with some tidbits. I listened to this on Audible. Narration was decent, but it's like it's in slow motion. I had to speed it up to 2.2 to even enjoy listening. I guess that's what's good is you can speed it up. The first half was much more interesting than the second half. My mind really wandered the second half. I did pick up a few ideas that I'm pretty excited about. It's a quick easy listen and might give you tips on productivity and just being in a better mindset. I received this audio book in exchange for a review.

Good information that goes with minimalism

Having listened to several of other John Ward books I'm not surprised that he wrote a book on mind decluttering. The techniques used in this book is a good setup for getting into the minimalist mindset.
Well done!

AKA how to have a better quality life

I really enjoyed this book. there is so much information in it that I know I can implement in my own life to make it a better quality life in general. It was motivating and inspiring and I know the methods in this book will help alleviate stress for me and help me avoid burnout. I especially liked its information on how to declutter, how to live an intentional life and the reminder that the best thing to do sometimes is to just unplug. It also reminded me that I need to get rid of negativity and clear my mind with more meditation. highly recommend for those who want to have a more successful life.
