That's the whole clue.
The book won't tell you what to do with your emotions or feeling of anger because the whole point is thoughts create feelings, so change your thoughts and your feelings will also change by default.

I liked this book because the authors mad the material simple and laid out the ground work for you to follow. Instead forcing their reasons down your throat you are given simple and followable exercises. Ultimately the process is left to you to choose happiness and peace over mental clutter and worry.

Inspiring and relatable
I decided a few months ago that I wanted to try the minimalist way. It has been really difficult to know where or even how to start, for me. I have purchased a few books and done some research online, but still, the topic has seemed pretty confusing. Until now! Listening to this book has literally changed my life. Title Misleading: This is Pop culture garbage!
While the book offers options on decluttering time, digital storage, mementos etc... there isn’t any substantive information on decluttering your mind. The title is flat out misleading. The kindle version is accredited to John Mumbi and all the references are links to URLs. Not a single accredited expert, journal or study is referenced. Furthermore, the authors personal history is unbelievable and in conflict with other “John Ward” authored books.
This author is taking advantage of and damaging people who are looking for help, offering up regurgitated pop culture, without any tangible knowledge or accredited expertise.
All that said, I cannot be party to such deception and I will be withdrawing this and my previous reviews linked to your audiobooks. Shame on you for wasting my time and exploiting my trust.

Quick easy listen, a few great take aways
I'd say 2.5 stars. I didn't love it, but I did walk away with some tidbits. I listened to this on Audible. Narration was decent, but it's like it's in slow motion. I had to speed it up to 2.2 to even enjoy listening. I guess that's what's good is you can speed it up. The first half was much more interesting than the second half. My mind really wandered the second half. I did pick up a few ideas that I'm pretty excited about. It's a quick easy listen and might give you tips on productivity and just being in a better mindset. I received this audio book in exchange for a review.

AKA how to have a better quality life
I really enjoyed this book. there is so much information in it that I know I can implement in my own life to make it a better quality life in general. It was motivating and inspiring and I know the methods in this book will help alleviate stress for me and help me avoid burnout. I especially liked its information on how to declutter, how to live an intentional life and the reminder that the best thing to do sometimes is to just unplug. It also reminded me that I need to get rid of negativity and clear my mind with more meditation. highly recommend for those who want to have a more successful life.

I can just recommend this audiobook: good audio quality and excellent development of the topic.
I liked the tips about how to stay away from distractions, I'll keep them in mind :)
