I’m torn between a rock and a hard place really!
Did I enjoy the book & storyline? - yes I did!

I don’t want to say too much to ruin the story for everyone else but all I’ll say is as a medical professional the lack of knowledge about the conditions being written about just ruined the book for me. The things that were written were just not possible.

Also the repeating of the same words & phrases in the same sentences became annoying ‘he bent down in front of her and put the cup in front to of her’ as an example.. couldn’t he have just bent down and put the cup in front of her 🤣

Definitely give it a read though because I did enjoy it!

Absolutely loved it, captivating story. Pulls the heartstrings. Heartwarming, beautiful read and performed. As with anything of Ashlees, you don't want to miss this!

it was slow at the beginning but it really broke my heart and healed it right back again. Chapter 49 had me in TEARS

the story was hot. however, the female narrator's accent is so distracting and terrible. I couldn't focus on the story at all. the male narrator's accent was hot, but it was rare.
