I really enjoyed this book and found it incredibly practically useful. Definitely recommend. However if you are offended by the mention of Jesus you won’t enjoy this book

Great book to heal your emotions

Having looked at the description, I expected this book to be a pragmatic and useful guide to how to deal with emotions.

Whilst it does have some useful information on emotions, for me, it contains too many biblical references and home-spun advice.

As it is written by a doctor, I was expecting the advice to have a scientific leaning, but faith in god seems to be the way forward.

Very disappointed.
