Creatively Written & Excellently Narrated!

this was my 1st audiobook and I enjoyed it. I liked the way the each chapter was written thru the perspective of the different characters. i have been a HUGE Christopher Rice fan since Density of Souls and getting to hear him narrate was a treat. I sorta felt like I was having a "Being John Malkovich" moment. 😈

Not bad

It sounds like I'm back in high school. The word usage sounds like what my teacher would suggest, big descriptive words that don't really match the story. Even the speaker, while good, sounds like someone reading to me.
I can get past all that, but personally I like at least one character in first person. I don't feel I got to know either character.
