Summary

Lament is how you live between the poles of a hard life and trusting God's goodness.  

Lament is how we bring our sorrow to God - but it is a neglected dimension of the Christian life for many Christians today. Now I know how to lament well

Incredible, a must-read for any Christian. Would recommend this book to anyone who is seeking how to lament well. This book has equipped me with the tools needed to do this and to trust God more.

Balm

So thankful for this book. I have been going through a very painful loss and fell asleep listening to this book (in a good way) the first night when I was finding it so difficult to sleep for grief.
