Summary
After the events of Reyhome Castle, Henry Strauss expected the Psychical Society to embrace his application of science to the study of hauntings. Instead, the society humiliates and blacklists him.

enjoyable story
This is not my favourite Jordan L Hawk series, but I cannot fault the writing or storytelling. Her books are always entertaining, particularly when paired with such a great narrator.
