Summary

Dangerous Games is the first book in the Tony Lambrianu gangster series by Gillian Godden. This is a tale of selfishness, cruelty, love and betrayal. But who will be the ultimate winner?

Since being taken from his home by his mother in the middle of the night, fighting for survival is all Antonias Lambrianu has ever known. He soon learns that money is power and sets his sights on what he sees as a better future.

When his past finally catches up with him, it unexpectedly opens up new opportunities, but new threats come hand in hand with them. Antonias is determined that he will emerge triumphant, but there’s jeopardy everywhere and the stakes are high. Everyone, it seems, is playing dangerous games...Antonias most of all.

Very enjoyable

I am so glad this came up on my suggestions as I had pretty much ran dry on new title from my favorite authors, Well now I have another author to follow. The characters are good and this was a fantastic start to a series of books. I hope the other 4 are of the same standard.

Excellent story once you get into it

I don’t often write a review but on this occasion felt I had to, the first 4 or 5 chapters is read by a female narrator who in short is soooo over dramatic that I nearly gave up, really pleased I didn’t as enjoyed the story and deliverance when the male narrator took over
