At the time of writing this review, the narration has a 4.5 star rating and the story has a 4.1 rating. Honestly while broswing i skim over the reviews just to get a quick feel. The only reason i gave this book a second glance after noticing the lower star ratings was because the cute cover and that it clearly had 2 POC as the MC's which is sadly not so common in contemporary sapphic romance.

Im pretty experiened in contemporary romance nowadays, so i truly believe if this audiobook had like 100+ reviews it would easily have 4.7+ star rating on both story and narration

Don't let the low star review scare you off! read some reviews, see if its for you because it was a quality fun, low stakes, wholesome ride!

Liked the women in focus. It's a mostly lighthearted story, but touches on important topics of LGBTQAI+ experience and family and the differences of stakes coming out.
We need fun lighthearted romance, too. Queer joy for the win. :) Perfectly written 👌
