I got this to help me with a Cyber Security course I've started (Degree Level) I don't really come from a computer background, so a lot of the lingo my I.T. fluent younger classmates had been using was a bit over my head. Going back to study after 30 is very daunting but this audiobook has done a fantastic job in bringing me up to speed. Einstein did say if you cant explain something simply, then you don't understand it enough, and the writers of this book definitely provided the fundamentals of Cyber Security.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who manages a business or works with computers, there's lots of essential information to keep your data safer from a cyber breach.
