This book provides a good overview for establishing a Cyber security program. Its not very technical and it's easy to get lost in the later chapters. Good book for introducing cyber security.

The writing (and audio performance) style is very informal and light hearted in tone, but the book covers its broad range of subject areas well in my opinion. From an Architect's point of view, this is an ideal business-technical resource to gain a high level view of the subject areas that need to form part of a Cyber program. Its not a technical manual, but the title should tell you that. I found the style to be conducive to learning and/or re-enforcing, the list of references very useful and will dip into this for future reference. I also ended up buying the hardback as a reference so that I can make old fashioned page notes. Excellent, thanks .
