i was expecting way too much and i was very disappointed cause it didn't deliver. the plot was okay but i wanted more cause the other books were soo cool. I was team Grim but both the main male characters were there but at the same time not there. Also, Isla...i loved her so much but the fact that she choose one of the men and she kept going back to another...yeah no that was not for me. I still enjoyed everything else but i was expecting so much more. the narrators were really cool tho!!!!

The other books got me way to excited for this and it was quite disappointing I was expecting more didn’t know what was going on half the time quite confusing to listen too.

I wasn't sure I was going to continue after shyshade, it not that didn't like the story so far, i do. I just felt it fell a little flat in places.
Don't get me wrong I'm reeling about what happens in this book, but I also think it makes the stakes higher and more interesting. I was never torn about the end game of the story until now.
