About this listen

When the wrong man turns out to be the right one...

Nash, a longtime Dirty Angels MC member and lead singer of Dirty Deeds, has a secret. For years, he’s hidden his bisexuality from his brothers, fellow bikers, worried how they’d take the news. But Nash isn’t the only one keeping secrets from his brotherhood. So is Cross, a police officer and member of the Blue Avengers MC.

As opposite as they come, when Cross spots Nash across the bar, he can’t resist the unexpected attraction. Then lines are crossed, boundaries blurred. And they need to survive in two different worlds where men who like other men aren’t usually accepted, and where bikers and cops don’t mix.

Reality and fantasy are two different things. The fantasy being Cross and Nash can be together, that they can make it work. The reality being their situation is impossible. Cross will never give up being a cop. Nash will never give up being a biker. What either of them would have to walk away from is more than anyone should ask for. In the end, fighting reality could be a losing battle in a war they might never win.

Note: A standalone, Crossing the Line is a crossover gay romance involving a member of the Dirty Angels MC and one from the Blue Avengers MC. It includes forbidden love, enemies to lovers, cop vs biker, alpha vs alpha. As with all my books, it has no cliffhanger and an HEA.

Very enjoyable M/M romance read by my 2nd favourite narrator Teddy Hamilton. Both his and Aarons voices suited the characters very well and were pleasing to listen to.
A nice balance of engaging story and spicy sex scenes nicely integrated.

I hope to see some more M/M romances from this author.

My first time...

I was afraid it was going to be so so but it was actually really nice. Not too far fetch and even if we could argue about the end being a full happy ending or not, I found it realistic for their situation.

I was a bit scared about a comment saying there were cheating as I don't like it either but for me if they're not together yet it can't be cheating really so all good on this part ahah

The narration was great. Teddy is amazing as always. It was my first book withAaron Shedlock but I will now definitely look for more of his narrations. Deep voices with emotions, nice rhythm, voices which suit the characters.

I recommend it!

Nice M/M MC book!

Do opposites really attract? Nash and Cross meet at a bar, and the immediate attraction is palpable. But with Nash a member of the DAMC and Cross a police officer, this could never be more than a one night stand, right? I could not stop listening to this book for a couple of reasons. First, the story is just that good. These two macho, alpha men have great banter and chemistry is off the charts. But the problems they incur, even in today's society make their relationship that much more difficult. Next, the characters themselves are so real, it's like I know them. Nash could be that bad boy you know, the one you watch on stage and pine after as he sings. Cross is that good cop, the one you want to be your friend. Yet their secret sexuality makes them that much more real. You never really know someone. And lastly, the crossover of the characters, from the DAMC to the Blue Avengers. It's always fun to see people we know as stories develop, and how they handle situations that come up. Jeanne St James always writes a hot, passionate story, but always has a meaningful message that comes through. I love her writing and this one is near the top of my list!

Once again, St James knocks it out of the park with the pick of her narrators. The team of Aaron Shedlock and Teddy Hamilton just enhance her book. These two bring out the best in the characters. Shedlock is the gruff, yet sensitive Nash and Hamilton as Cross, the good and loyal cop. But together they are magic and bring the couple alive. Loved every minute of this book and can't wait to see more of them in the future stories.

Glad to cross the line!
