Gripping
As I listen to the fabulous narrator as he becomes 'The Courier', I feel myself turning into a bit of a 'voyeur' myself, peeping into Natalie's windows, while at the same time wondering if I should cancel all deliveries to my home address!
I enjoyed it immensely and will try to get a hold of her other thriller.

Absolutely superb narration / performance and a dark twisted plot!
Another dark and twisted thriller from Zoe Rosi. A very talented author, looking forward to whatever she writes next. The story is told through creepy courier Bob’s first person perspective, including his thoughts and inner dialogue. Andy Stevenson’s brilliant performance really sucks the listener in to Bob’s twisted thinking. It’s a crafted character performance, not just a narrator reading the book out loud. Bob’s thoughts become yours for a sickeningly immersive experience.
It’s a rare fusion of quality writing, an actual dramatic performance and the perfect voice for the character and action.
It’s great to read, but if you listen to audiobooks then this is a great one!

I loved the narration of Andy Stevenson, who brings out the scare, and characters to your ears
Bob earned a master’s degree, travelled the world, owned a shop for ten years, and now is a delivery man. Someone that is invisible and unnoticed by people. Bob can not help but be intrigued by the of one address. He is interested by the wife Natalie. He has becomes obsessed within his fantasy, and in his twisted mind is convinced she needs to be rescued from her controlling husband. Stalking her on social media. This story follows Bob’s story and is full of twists.

Unsettling and engrossing
Fifty-year-old Bob has earned a master’s degree, travelled the world and had a fair few jobs in his time, even owning a shop for ten years, but now works as a delivery man, invisible and unnoticed by people. He is intrigued by the occupants of one address. Hearing the shouting from inside, he normally leaves their parcel on the step but one day he has to obtain a signature and is transfixed by the owner’s wife Natalie. In fact, he becomes obsessed within his fantasy, and in his twisted little mind is convinced she needs to be rescued and freed from her controlling husband. He watches the house for glimpses of her and stalks her on social media. Oh Bob, what will you do for love?
It's dark, it’s sad and it’s very unsettling. Bob might be creepy but he’s also a victim of his delusions. As a novella, this story packs in a lot as it follows Bob’s narration of the twisty plot with a great, if not totally surprising, ending.
I had the pleasure of listening to this on audio and the narrator is the perfect chilling choice for Bob. An engrossing few hours.

Subversive and darkly humorous
Written with a dark, wry wit, this clever take on a stalker thriller will certainly make me pay more attention to the men who turn up on my doorstep…

5 stars doesn’t do it justice!
This is my first experience of this author, Zoe Rosi, and wow, can she write a great story!!
It’s about Bob who is a courier – a deliverer of parcels to homes in the UK seaside town of Hastings. He’s a bit of an oddball, he’s lonely and he looks back on his life with negativity. Things have not gone well for him over the years, including during his childhood, and although he is well-educated and has a university degree, his job as a courier is all he can get. And now it’s winter, the town is devoid of its tourists and the atmosphere is drab and dour.
On his round he delivers to a house where a beautiful young woman lives in what would appear to Bob to be an abusive relationship. And there begins his delusions and infatuation, his plots and his moods. The tension builds and builds and when the ending comes it is amazingly climactic, in more ways than one - and completely unexpected.
The story is written throughout from Bob’s point of view and is therefore delivered entirely in Bob’s voice, so convincingly by the fantastic narrator Andy Stevenson that you will be hanging on his every word.
As a novella, this book lasts just 3 and three-quarter hours, but it is crammed full of incident. I listened to it in one go, I just couldn’t stop! 5 stars doesn’t do it justice!

Gripping atmospheric thriller
To say this book is ominous would be an understatement, I was tense all the way through waiting for what was lurking around the corner!
