A book for beginners

Even if you can get past the terrible narration (which sounded like a fake computer generated translation machine) the actual content of the book is poor. Some of the information given is completely at odds with what I have been taught on my counselling diploma course.

I would only recommend this book to school age people who don't know anything about counselling. It provides a loose overview and the language used is simple (as if written with high school students in mind.
