Rinse & Repeat

I know this is going to sound negative but its the truth Nothing in this book is new , like you know that saying seen 1 seen them all this pertains to the information in this book . Ifeel bad I wasted money on this and the narrator I heard generic auto speakers with more inthusiasim .
