A really engaging and enjoyable short series of five books that really came into their own. Wonderful characters, great space battles, family connections, but the best part by file was the narration. Brought everything to life. A thorough enjoyment.

from being apprehensive during book one, to be totally engaged by book two, this series has been a rollercoaster, with characters that I felt an emotional connection to, helped by the fantastic performance.

A nice satisfying end with a cliffhanger for the author to continue if he wishes. I can recommend to sci fi lovers looking for their next series.
