False

These "grounds" are nothing more than wholly fabricated nonsense. There's nothing in here that actually shows Trump should be removed from office.

What we get here is a flawless case for presidential censure. Impeachment? Not even a little.

Thank you audible.

As a blind man, I am very glad that audible produces recordings of important documents like this one. If you are not clear on what constitutes an impeachment, and are shakey on the definition of some terms of offences, listen to this.

The work product of intellectual runts

This document by the Democrat staff (lawyers) of the US House Judiciary Committee is intended to provide guidance for the committee and the House of the full meaning of US Constitution phrase "treason bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors". The most laughable conclusion is that mind reading is fine if that is what you need to do to find an impeachable offense. The document does not take a formal position on whether the current president has committed impeachable offenses.

Thanks to Audible for providing the full document in PDF format

Narration by Emily Bauer is quite good!
