Very informative. I enjoy reading material from the centre of excellence. Good techniques contained within this book.

I am conflicted about this book. For the most part it was an insightful read with useful suggestions and examples. However towards the end there was a suggest made about chakra practices that felt like cultural appropriation. There was no reference to the culture or respecting closed practices. Up until this point I would have given this book a solid 4 stars. I ummed and ahhed about how many stars to take off and settled on 1 meaning it has 3 stars from me currently. I say currently as I may well come back and take another. But yeah a good book but also disappointing.
