"Concentration" is an audiobook that's worth its weight in gold. It provides practical strategies to achieve laser-sharp focus for extended periods. I tend to need it on home office days wit the kids after about 2:00, or when I’m writing for extended periods. PACKED WITH INFORMATION! WOW

My capacity to concentrate and pay attention was completely changed by Kam Knight's book Concentration. This audiobook gave me ground-breaking insights into the mechanics of attention because I frequently battled distractions and a wandering mind. This has really opened my eyes in an intriguing way. This book puts your preconceived beliefs about things into perspective because everyone has them.

Improve your Focus significantly

"Concentration" is the go-to audiobook for better focus. We don't always realize what habits cause us to stray from important tasks and goals throughout the day. This audiobook has allowed me to dive into what subconscious habits and physiological things I do on a daily to break my concentration. I have since learned from my mistakes and improved my focus to tackle my goals. I highly recommend this audiobook!

More than Just Training

There's more than just exercises. The book starts out with an explanation of why concentration and awareness is important but my 2nd favorite chapter was about the importance of self-talk. I've used visualization for years and it totally works and is also included in the book. My favorite chapter was about retrieval and why I listened to this book. I'm working on my memory and retrieval so this was super helpful in learning how to get the memories I need to surface. Definitely worth the listen!

Inspiring and Practical

Kam Knight has crafted an inspiring and practical audiobook that provides tangible strategies to hone in and maintain laser-sharp focus for extended periods. I have always found that it is one thing to maintain focus on things that you are interested in, but it is those things that you aren't interested in, that are the real struggle to stay concentrated. This audiobook provides so many great strategies to help you stay concentrated on those things that you really aren't that interested in. And one of my favorite strategies that Knight suggests is the importance of self-talk. It was insightful to understand how our internal dialogue can both help and hinder our ability to stay focused. The exceptional narration of the audiobook helped bring the material to life. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone looking to boost their productivity and mental engagement.
