This is the first ever book that hit home and caught me off guard, MASSIVELY! I definitely wasn’t expecting to be so emotionally invested where I had to stop listening to gather my feelings, cry it all out and resume the book a little later. A beautiful story with jokes. Weirdly enough I was so invested with the stories I forward the spicy scenes just to get to the next part (I don’t usually but that’s how invested I was). A stunning book and so glad I took the time out to read. I’m going into the last series and I will also be buying the paperbacks also. A story that highlights real things and also shows how a black man deals with things. AMAZING!

What a beautiful story. So much depth, so many layers. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Winston James’ narration was a little irritating, sounded very unnatural. iiKane’s narration was perfect.
