Talis

Caged…

The wolf within me wants to break free, run free, and be free. But that's not going to happen. Not now. Not ever.

Years of abuse, neglect, and downright torture at my uncle's hands have stifled and shut down the shifter side of me. After all, nothing good can come from unleashing the feral beast inside of me that's fighting for release.

But then, everything changes...

Suddenly married by arrangement and trapped in a new pack with strangers, the wolf inside me refuses to hold back. And Dayne, the alpha of the pack, doesn't make it easy to stifle my beast—or my desires. I'm clawing at the cage, hellbent on shifting.

Can I resist the sexy, cold-blooded alpha who tempts me or will I be caged inside myself forever?

For mature listeners.

I really enjoyed this one, I'm not sure it was meant to be humorous but I found myself cracking up from time to time. Good story arc, action, spice and pace all good. I know it's really short so it's hard to justify the credit, but I'll keep an eye on the series in case they go on sale. Good narration, with cadences and emphasis in the right places.

Actually quite funny

The story has so much promis but alas, it just doesn't deliver. In fact not much happens thoughout the entire book . The book is literally an emotional tug of war and that is all, folks.

So much promise!
