One of the best self help books I have used.

Easy to follow and you can jump around to various chapters, as I do to follow my class. It has helped me a lot by recognizing my behavioral trends with emotionally thinking and bringing me to the here and now. I highly recommend!! One of the best self help books I have used.

Great Recommendations

While this book explains the importance of the role of a therapist, even more than that it offers very good practical techniques that you can actually implement on a day to day basis to help manage your anxiety and depression, really liked it!

Dry, textbook explanation of terms & basic types or classifications within the study. Not helpful or informative. Wasted credit.
