Interesting but more a discussion of than a how to

The book contains a lot of info about what CBT/DBT/etc. is, its history, evolution, how it works etc., but it doesn't really guide you through applying it. It's not a bad book or anything but more informational than directly useful.

Great audible for someone with anxiety such as myself. I am noticing the negative thoughts that create my anxiety and I'm learning how to stop them in their tracks. I would recommend this audible to anyone currently struggling.
