Amy Perez and Tommy Hark are attracted to each other and so have been circling each other for a while. Amy is currently bartending at the bar that Tommy’s team frequents, having dropped out of college after her ex requested (or should I say demanded) it from her. Tommy is the coach for the Sharks hockey team. He is also a single father to a daughter, Clara, after she was abandoned on his apartment building’s doorstep shortly after her birth. He finds himself needing a live-in nanny after his parents who previously helped him with Clara decide to retire, and Amy is recommended for the position by their mutual friend. Whilst living together, they find themselves in a bit of a pickle that leads them to get fake engaged for appearances.

This story was interesting, fun, and entertaining, with some drama woven in. Just like the rest of the series, I enjoyed it very much. I can’t believe we’re at the endgame now; up next the final book of the series. 😭

Amber Goode was such a great narrator. She brought the story to life. Highly recommend the audiobook!

I am new to this author and narrator. I enjoyed these characters and the story line. I’m not sure if it was me or the story, but I kept having to re-listen to keep up with what was going on. I did like that there was more maturity in the characters and there wasn’t silly he said she said drama between the main characters. The narration was good.

In the mood for a good romance? How about a sports romance? How about a little girl that is all that? Then this is for you! Amy is starting over, new town, new job away from her cheating ex. When her friend Bitsy recommends her as a nanny for Tommy Hart, the coach of the Chicago Sharks hockey team, she thought it may be a good for her. Now she finds herself not only falling in love with Clara, but with the coach himself. How does Tommy feel? It's the coach's call! This is a fun listen. The romance burns hot and the friendship between them grows along with it. But the real standout is Clara. What a hoot she is! I love her spunk, keeping her parents on their toes. This is a fabulous listen and great addition to the series.

Amber Goode is the narrator for this one and she comes in as all the characters with voices that perfectly match their personalities. The emotions grow and the story flows with ease. I really enjoyed this sports romance.

Another very enjoyable Hockey Romance from Rosie P Burke and a great edition to this series,about the Sharks hockey francise.
Tommy is an ex Hockey player now the coach to the Sharks he is a single dad to an adoreable 5 year old girl Clara.
But being a single dad and with all of his work responsibilities they have become hard to juggle,he needs help,he needs a Nanny before the Hockey season really explodes.
Amy begins as a bar tender until she hears about the hot Hockey dad that needs a nanny and she was up for the challenge,so decides to apply.
This story escalates quite alot when Amy gets the job of Nanny she is a natural and Clara adores her...Tommy is thankful for Amy but he cannot stop his attraction to her.
He has been attracted to her for a long time,seeing her tend the bar were the team frequently went after games etc.
Now she was in his home and he got to see her everyday and he didn't know how to manage the chemistry between them.
Amy had a disaster with relationships her ex burned her badly and it took her a long time to get over his control and betrayal.
Now she was having all this sexual chemistry with her new boss..Tommy was everything she loved in a man..but he was off limits he was her boss she could not fall for him.
Then fate stepped in and brought them even closer together when they had to pretend to be engaged..
Clara's estranged grandparents come into their lives unexpectedly demanding to see Clara,they aren't nice about it...But aggressive and threatening,they are there to cause trouble for them.
So now Tommy and Amy are fake engaged..But the fake soon becomes real and they both give into their attraction..Becoming Hot and Heavy pretty quickly.
They soon become a family and Amy is in his bed everynight...They are perfect together..
But angry grandparents won't let them be happy and the threat to have Clara by any means neccessary hangs over their heads.
Will their threats scare Amy away ? and the possibility of her ex being the man who would ruin it for them all is now there too.
Will they get through all the drama or will the new love they have found be destroyed.?
This was such a great listen soley narrated by Amber Goode who does an Amazing performance at portraying all the characters.She was great at changing her voice to accomodate male and female voices and even doing 5 year old Clara's voice adorably.I enjoyed listening to her very much.
Rosie P Burke has proven she can write all kinds of stories in this series because this book is quite the contrast from book 4.
I Loved this story and relished listening to this audiobook,I can't wait for more.
Excellent.

Fun and Flirty. Close proximity means blurred lines. The desire was there before the job offer. Highly recommend getting lost in this story.
