About this listen
Are you dealing with a difficult ex who’s ruining your kids’ childhoods?
Does it feel impossible to be happy because of this, not being able to see a way out?
Are the challenges of co-parenting too difficult that you feel lost and hopeless?
You probably feel like you want to scream from the top of a mountain or pull your hair out because of the stress.
It’s okay. You are completely justified to feel this way. Take a break and relax because there are plenty of solutions you can try.
While narcissists are complex and open up many grey areas, single parents have been able to raise healthy children without the need to stress themselves out.
That’s what this guide will do for you. You can move on with your life, handle difficult situations, and focus on your children to the best of your abilities.
In Co-Parenting Hell, you will discover:
- Six distinct signs that you have a narcissistic ex and how you can deal with this difficult person in your life
- The importance of empathy parenting and how you can use this to raise healthy children
- The underlying reason why your ex may be a narcissist and why they have developed this personality trait
- The common coercion techniques narcissists use - and how you can stop them before it becomes explosive
- The steps to recover from being married to a narcissist and leave the past behind
- And much more
These challenges might pop up one after the other, but with the right knowledge, you can knock them out of the park!
Even a narcissistic ex who has caused you so much misery will seem like another bump in the road. All it takes is an experienced mentor, the will to move on, and the love for your children.

©2021 Janet Bloom (P)2021 Janet BloomThere are great tips from recognising the signs to getting out of the toxic relationship when you know the other person is not going to change and most importantly, not to feel guilty about it. it is better to be a single parent than to stay in a toxic relationship for the sake of the children.
Children are clever and resilient, they will understand and probably be grateful that you took them out of such a controlling environment.
Great book, would recommend to anyone going through this tough period in their relationship.

I found so much of this book really useful right from the start. The chapter on identifying a narcissist and the fact it was an illness was not something I had appreciated previously - but it doesn’t make it any easier to live and deal with. I have a friend going through a split at the moment and his partner typifies much of this book. I don’t think I had realised before that she has been displaying some narcissist traits. The focus on the impact on children was incredibly helpful especially how to protect them and the various scenarios faced. A very informative and helpful resource that managed to provide comfort as well as direction.
Great book - incredibly helpful!
