The best narrator I’ve ever listened to, so easy to distinguish between all the characters and such a great range of accents also.

I listened to this as a reread and somehow it made me cry again even more than it ever did the first time. I am older now, and the sentimentality of the characters’ affection for each other never failed to stir my own heart. Like Tessa I feel like I am revisiting an old and familiar place made up of both warm and heartbreaking memories. It is bittersweet and lovely and awfully nostalgic.
