Interesting
Really enjoyed it; lots of information in an easy to understand format. Better suited to a paper reading though; I'm going to buy the book to re-read sections I skipped as they made little sense without visual reference.

Constant bad jokes
I get that it’s “For Dummies” but why did it always have to be dumbed down when it’s Classical Music.
Almost every sentence ends in a joke, and, in 9 hours, not one has landed.
The relevant or interesting information takes up about 2 hours of this book, the rest is grating and patronising.
