This is not the type of book I would normally pick. The title sounds like a really cheesy self-help book. However, it is so engaging, honest and positive I both enjoyed it and found it useful. I have been so positive in the 3 or 4 days it took me to listen.

Others have complained about the author not reading directly from the book but I quite liked that, it made it more personable. I thought this was a very interesting book and and I will definitely be putting his ideas and words into practice. I choose myself!
