This is a very useful and informative book.
I was genuinely inspired by her"take" regarding the matter, yet I've listen numerous sounds regarding this matter so I didn't hope to pick up anything new - simply get a new take on it. The representations are wonderful and the telling streams effectively. I ended up hindering my tuning in so I could truly take in the data.

This book is listener friendly but will hold the interest of those that are already educated about chakras as she gives so much more. Amy White has such a beauty with her written and spoken work and the illustrations are amazing. Each chakra is exquisitely explained as well as the crystals, oils, runes. This is really a good audio.

Definitely recommend it.
Despite the fact that there is a long way to go this book was a simple perused and great beginning to comprehension chakras and precious stones. I've prescribed it to a companion and she's getting a charge out of it too!
