Love Love Love

I have listened to this book more than once , I will always love it . so simple to follow and understand the narrators voice is soothing. Will recommend to anyone who wants to start working their chakras.

Great for beginners

This book is great for beginners that want to learn more about chakras. It describes them well along with the various crystals to use and different poses you can do for meditation.

Nice and concise

It was a really great book in terms of structure, but I think that you have to really be open to believing in this kinda stuff to enjoy the book. It depicts yoga poses, and how to balance chakras, as well as what chakras actually are
