Katherine Evergreen is having the Christmas from hell. She thinks it cant get any worse, then she accidently summons Krampus. This is dark, emotional and steamy read. I enjoyed this story and the characters involved. Katherine's sarcasm is great. This is the first book I have listened to by his author. It won't be the last.
The narration is excellent.

These two voices work so well together. The only thing I didn't like about the story itself was the truly toxic parenting. TW be prepared for a high level of spice.

Brilliant narration from Lauren Hilary and David McClain

Kathrine used to like Christmas, but this year she finds her fiancé ran off with my barely-legal baby sister, her father has died and mother is in prison . Drinking and forgetting sounds brilliant. Ohhh calling for Krampus may seem like a good idea but on second thoughts no. So no mistletoe or Christmas only drinking sounds good. Well that changes when Krampus appears, with hooves and yes chains. With a kink that will make you blush.

This was a lot—and I was absolutely here for it! You have to have a special kind of imagination to come up with something like this, and maybe be just a little twisted to truly enjoy it… which tells me this author and I might be a perfect match. This was my first listen from them, and I’m definitely in for more. The narration was well done and made the whole experience even better.
