I found this audiobook to be an excellent introduction to Centering Prayer. It made really good use of the audiobook format to guide me through the practices.

I was very pleased with this book. it helped with learning to meditate, and the voice of David Generate is like velvet which makes listening really lovely.

The whole audio was perfect in cadence to suit the topic. The guided meditations were also well considered, with enough time given for practice, and importantly, permission to get it wrong. I have learned a great deal from this book and will certainly return to deepen my practice.
